Jo is a wonderful physio who did a wonderful job in treating both my elderly parents following their various falls. During their rehab she was caring, professional and endlessly patient. Both improved as much as they could under her care. She also communicated regularly with my sister and I regarding their progresss which was very extremely helpful. Lovely and highly recommended for elderly care. :)

Working at a desk and a laptop comes with its drawbacks and the outcome is bad posture and stiff neck. Jo sorted me out with muscle manipulation, hurt a bit at the time but the outcome was long lasting relief.

Joanne is a great physio. She is clear, thorough, friendly, very easy to work with and helped me address my wrist problems. She even took the time to email me what she advised me to do after the session including diagrams and explanations of the exercises. I loved that she took the time to explain what the purpose of icing and the exercises were i.e. what role they play
